Standard Delivery

All standard delivery orders ship from our L.A. warehouse and will arrive to you in 4-7 business days. After completing your order checkout you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be emailed tracking the same day. In the rare event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock you will receive an email that explains the situation. You will have the option to receive a full refund or wait for the item to be in stock to complete your order.

Some Orders Will Be Sent in Multiple Boxes

To offer you the best shipping prices some items may be shipped in separate boxes/packages. As a heads up to you, all shoes including Ellie Shoes, Bettie Page, and Penthouse Shoes will be shipped in separate boxes if you purchase clothing in the same order. This will prevent your clothes from getting damaged by heels or clips and your clothes won't smell like new shoes!

We hope you are delighted with every item you purchase from! If you do need to return an item please look over the following policies/Q&A before starting the return process.

Is it easy to return items?

Yes, send us an email at with the TITLE "Return Request (enter your order number that is on your new order confirmation email)" and in the body state which item you would like to return. Please leave a sentence or 2 as to why you would like to return the item.

By law we cannot accept returns on any undergarments such as panties, bras, swimwear or any other undergarments that touch the genital region.

What items are returnable?

Basically it can't be worn, but please see these guidelines below. If it is a damaged or wrongly shipped item please state that in the body of the email.

  1. Must Be Unworn & Unused.
  2. All Tags Attached.
  3. Packaging Intact.
  4. Items Delivered Within 7 Days.

What about Return Shipping?

Depending on the reason for the return you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping cost is always paid for by when the return is due to a mistake by our warehouse or damaged goods. Shipping is not refundable, nor return shipping paid for on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind.

What items are non-refundable?

Items received more than 7 days ago.

Items marked as "Sale & Clearance" - all sales are final.

Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

We do not accept returns on COSTUMES or COSTUME ACCESSORIES because they are seasonal items.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected upon return you will receive your refund, typically within 24-48 hours. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.

My Item was a gift, how do I return it?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
