General Questions

Q: Is my package shipped discreetly?

We use non-labeled boxes and envelopes to securely ship your items. 

Q: Is your site secure?

Absolutely. We use industry leading encryption, security tools, and employ a monitoring service to constantly oversee the security of our site.

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship to me?

All Standard Delivery items ship from our L.A. warehouse and will arrive to you in 2-5 business days depending on what items you order. Upon successful order checkout you will receive a confirmation email. 

Q: How do I get tracking for my order?

The day your order leaves our warehouse you will receive order tracking. If your order is being sent in multiple boxes/packages we provide tracking for each shipment.

Q: What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

In the rare event the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock you will receive an email that explains the situation. You will have the option to receive a full refund or wait for the item to be in stock to complete your order.

 

Order Status Questions

Q: I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest?

To offer you better shipping prices some items may ship in separate boxes/packages. As a heads up to you, all shoes including Ellie Shoes, Bettie Page, and Penthouse Shoes will be shipped in separate boxes if you purchase clothing in the same order. This will prevent your clothes from getting damaged by heels or clips and your clothes won't smell like new shoes!

Q: When will I receive order tracking?

When an order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email that includes tracking information. If your order is being sent in multiple boxes/packages you will receive tracking for each box.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Of course, but Contact Us ASAP so we can stop the shipment. Please note that orders are processed and out for shipment in as little as an hours' time. If the order has already shipped please adhere to our Refund Policy. We’ll refund you the full amount or give you a store credit–whichever you prefer.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if your order ships to a California or Missouri address.

  

Return or Exchange Questions

Q: What is your return policy?

Exchanges and returns are welcome within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Visit our Contact Us page to send us a message. By law we cannot accept exchanges for under garments like panties, bras, or swimwear. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping?

In the event any of your items are damaged during shipping please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Q: What if I receive a defective item?

Products with manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact us through our Contact Us page.

Q: What items are non-returnable?

  • Items received more than 14 days ago.
  • Items marked as "Sale & Clearance" - all sales are final.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we made a shipping error.
  • We do not accept returns on COSTUMES or COSTUME ACCESSORIES because they are seasonal items.

Q: How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected you will receive your refund, typically within  4-7 days after delivery. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
