How Much Did You Actually Make This Shift?
A big number on stage doesn't always mean a big number in your pocket. House fees, club cuts, tip-outs, and gas all take a bite before you ever see it. This calculator does the subtraction for you, so you know your real net, your real hourly rate, and exactly how much of every hundred dollars you actually keep.
What the Stripper Earnings Calculator Includes
Log your stage tips, private dance sales, VIP sales, and anything else you brought in. Then add the house fee, the club's cut, what you tipped out, and what it cost to get to work and back. The calculator handles the math and shows you the gap between what you earned and what actually made it home with you.
Gross Earnings vs. Net Shift Earnings
Gross is everything you generated before the club, the staff, and the gas tank take their share. Net is what's actually left after all of that. Tracking gross alone can hide how much of the shift was actually eaten up by fees and other costs. Looking at both numbers together tells you if a shift was actually worth it.
Why Your Net Hourly Earnings Matter
Two shifts can pay you the same amount and still be worth completely different things. A slow six hour shift and a fast three hour shift are not the same win. Net hourly earnings show you what your time actually paid, not just what your night paid.
What Counts as a Shift Cost?
Every club runs it differently, and so does every dancer's setup. Shift costs can include the house fee, a cut from privates or VIP, tip-outs to staff, gas or rideshare, and anything else tied directly to working that night. Only enter what actually applies to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a stripper tip-out?
A tip-out is what you pay to staff during or after your shift, whether the club requires it or it's just how things work there. Depending on the club, that can mean the DJ, the house mom, security, a manager, a floor host, the bartender, or others.
How do I calculate what I made after house fees?
Add up everything you brought in. Subtract the house fee, the club's cut, your tip-outs, transportation, and anything else you want counted. What's left is your net for the shift, before taxes.
Should I enter gross or net private dance income?
Enter the full private dance amount before the club takes anything. Then add the club's cut separately, either as a percent or a flat dollar amount, so you can actually see what they took.
What if my club takes a percentage of dances or VIP sales?
Choose Percent on the club cut dropdown and enter the number. The calculator pulls their share straight from the gross amount you entered for privates or VIP.
Does this calculator include taxes?
No. This shows your net after shift costs, before taxes. Tax situations are different for everyone, so taxes are kept out of this calculator on purpose.
Can I use this calculator for every shift?
Yes. It's built to run one shift at a time, no account needed. This MVP doesn't save your shift history, so if you want to track it over time, screenshot your results or write them down.
